Shipping policy

Australia Owned and Operated!

All our products are designed, made, packed and shipped from our Sydney SE HQ. No drop shipping, no 3rd parties, just a small bunch of Aussies having a crack. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship throughout Australia and offer international shipping for merchandise only (at this stage)

If you're placing an overseas order (merchandise only), please contact us at admin@shannonsengineering.com.au for an estimated shipping cost before placing your order.

Delivery Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed from our warehouse. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order.

We deliver domestically using Australia Post from our Sydney SE HQ. Please allow 2-5 business days from dispatch for metro areas. For regional areas, please allow for a delivery timeframe of anywhere between 3-10 business days.
