Refund policy
We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery, excluding shipping costs.

Important Return Conditions
Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted, and store credit is not available. All returned items must be in original, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under this policy:
- Items that have been used, unless they are faulty
- Any item not in its original condition
- Items with damaged or missing parts, unless the fault is due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Custom or personalized items made to order
- Gift vouchers
Return Process
Customers must complete an Order Return Request Form (ORR) prior to sending back any items. Returns without an approved ORR will not be processed.

Please provide as much information as you can. Photographic evidence of unused and undamaged items is required. Items received in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for refund.
Approval Process
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, you’ll receive an ORR number and detailed return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Only returns with a valid tracking number will be accepted.

Parts & Accessories
Important: All electrical items must be installed by a licensed auto-electrician. Incorrect installation may void the warranty.

Warranty & Refund Policy

1-Year Warranty
All parts manufactured by Shannons Engineering are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Refunds
Refunds are available for items that are unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
Third-party products (e.g. Redarc, Quad Lock) are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Refer to each brand’s terms for details.
Return Process

Preorder
When you place a preorder, you're purchasing a product that is currently out of stock, made on order, or not yet released.
Full payment is required to reserve your item. Your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available.
Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order only if it has not yet been fulfilled (shipped). Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible — but you may still be eligible for a refund under our returns policy.
